Winner Wednesday--Reading Literature Notebook

http://www.adabofgluewilldo.com/
Hi! I'm linking up with Jennifer from A Dab of Glue Will Do for a new linky--Winner Wednesday. I'll tell you about one of my favorite products and you'll have a chance to win it! Sounds good to me!

So here it is. . .

This is my Reading Literature Notebook for 1st and 2nd graders. It covers Reading Literature Common Core standards 1 through 9.

There are so many activities that can be done with this notebook. I'll show you a few.

Here the students are describing the structure of a story. All of these notebook pages can be used again and again for different stories.

This is one of my favorite activities. This notebook page helps students determine the central message of a story. After reading a story, I have the kids take out their notebooks and look through the candles in the cake and determine the message of the story.
Here the students have described the story structure of two different stories and compared and contrasted the two.
This one was so much fun! How many times have you tried to get kids to change their voice for dialogue in a story? Me. A million times. Here the students are reading Little Red Riding Hood with stick puppets and changing their voices to match each character. It was so cute :)
Would you like this notebook? Why not? Just enter and see what happens.
